• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

   Repackage the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Ship the Item:
   We will provide a return shipping address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.

4. Confirmation:
   Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
